MCB Investment Management Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting strong profitability and steady growth. The Board of Directors has recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 4.0 per share (40%), in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 3.0 per share (30%) already paid earlier in the year.
According to the Company’s financial statements, profit after tax stood at Rs. 1.77 billion, compared to Rs. 1.76 billion in the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) improved slightly to Rs. 24.62, up from Rs. 24.42 in 2025. Total revenue for the year was reported at Rs. 4.71 billion, while gross profit reached Rs. 2.45 billion. Operating profit rose to Rs. 2.26 billion, supported by income from government securities and profit contributions from associates amounting to Rs. 609 million.
The Company highlighted that its total assets increased to Rs. 6.55 billion, compared to Rs. 5.02 billion last year, reflecting growth in investments and retained earnings.
