Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited (HTL) has formally informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has successfully acquired approximately 8.7 acres of land in Daulatpur, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Sindh. The land will be used for the development of a modern oil storage depot under the Company’s Oil Marketing Company (OMC) segment.
The Company stated in its notice to PSX that this acquisition marks a significant milestone in HTL’s growth strategy. The proposed depot will provide critical storage and supply-chain infrastructure to support the expansion of the Company’s retail fuel station network across Sindh. HTL emphasized that the facility will strengthen its operational presence in southern Pakistan and serve as a platform for the phased rollout of its retail network in the province.
According to the Company, the depot’s strategic location will ensure continuity of petroleum product supplies, improve supply-chain efficiency, reduce transportation distances, and support the addition of new retail fuel stations in Sindh. The initiative is expected to facilitate sustainable growth of HTL’s OMC segment and reinforce its long-term geographical diversification. The development will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and other relevant authorities.
