Agritech Limited has announced its financial results for the half year ended June 30, 2026, following the meeting of its Board of Directors held on July 29, 2026.
During the six-month period, the company recorded net sales of PKR 15.49 billion compared to PKR 13.20 billion in the same period last year. The company reported a gross profit of PKR 602.67 million, while operating results reflected a loss of PKR 784.87 million. After taxation, the company posted a net loss of PKR 2.12 billion, translating into a basic and diluted loss per share of PKR 3.54.
As at June 30, 2026, Agritech Limited’s total assets stood at PKR 95.47 billion, with equity recorded at PKR 16.83 billion. Accumulated losses amounted to PKR 24.36 billion, while surplus on revaluation of property, plant and equipment was PKR 35.19 billion.
Cash flows from operating activities showed a net inflow of PKR 6.43 billion, compared to a net outflow of PKR 1.47 billion in the corresponding period last year. Cash used in investing activities amounted to PKR 6.35 billion, while financing activities generated PKR 56.31 million. The company closed the period with cash and cash equivalents at negative PKR 649.57 million.
